Guys had finally awoken and headed to the library. Bumping into someone he apologised. The other boy looked strangely at him.

"Guys..." he said softly. "It's you..."

Guys stared at the boy, whose short blond hair made him look rather cute. His voice seemed familiar.

"B-Belbet?" he asked. "Is that you?"

It was indeed. Belbet moved closer.

"Please..." he begged. "Go with me..."

Confused, Guys stepped back. Belbet moved closer.

"Oh, yes..." he continued. "A pig stinks, a fish stinks, and rotting cows and humans also stink. Tell this to your lawyer. Don't forget."

Giving a crazy laugh, he bit his finger, and wrote on some paper, handing it to Guys.

Make a hole in my guts, Darling...

Guys had long fled since being told this information. Terrified at this even crazier Belbet, he wanted to leave now. Walking briskly away, he just missed Evan who was approaching the library from an alternate route.

I have to get out of here...

Guys slowly made his way towards the courtyard gates. Meanwhile, back in the library, Belbet glanced around, before giving a sigh.

"Sorry..." he mumbled. "I didn't mean to scare you... Guys."

Belbet glanced over at Evan, looking a little shamed.

"I scared him..." he said softly. "I didn't..."

Trailing off, he looked out the barred windows, suddenly hearing a racket. He looked down, noticing Guys had made a run for the exit.

"Guys!" he yelled down. "Don't be foolish! Plea--"

A guard raised his gun and fired. Once. Twice. Thrice. Guys' body jerked with each hit, blood gushing out of his wounds.

"GUYS!"

The brunet stared up at Belbet, giving a sad smile.

"I just..." he whimpered. "I just wanted to see my mother again."

Guys slumped to the ground, barely alive. Belbet's eyes were wide filled with pain.

What have I done?

Evan and Vallewida made it outside, hurrying over to help Guys before it was too late.

"It's gonna be okay, Guys, I'll take care of you.." The silver haired male whispered, cradling him close.

Evan watched as the former soldier ran towards the medical center as fast as he could, as he looked down at Belbet... he wasn't sure what to say.

He knelt down carefully, and gently laid his arms around him, holding him tightly.

"Belbet... I'm sorry..."

Belbet stared up at Evan, his eyes still widened in pain.

"It's my fault!" he choked out. "...I shouldn't have said those things to him... I shouldn't have done those things to him... I... why?! Damn it!"

For the first time since he'd been imprisoned, Belbet shed tears.

"It isn't fair..." he continued. "...Jake was killed because I didn't go with him. Guys nearly died because I scared him, and didn't follow..."

Evan held Belbet close to him, gently threading his fingers through his hair.

He was sad to see the other male crying.

"There wasn't much that could be done... other than you getting shot too, Belbet... it's going to be okay... don't cry..."

He leaned close and lightly pecked the other on the forehead.

Evan narrowed his eyes a bit.

"Belbet!"

He held the other by the shoulders, staring at his sad looking eyes.

"Don't say that please...I don't think I could handle seeing you so hurt... or even..."

The word dead. He couldn't use it on anyone other than himself.

He held the sobbing male in his arms, tears of his own gathered in the corners.

"I dun care if anyone sees you as a bad luck... I don't want to lose you."

"Everything will be fine... I promise, Belbet..."

Evan continued to trace his fingers against his back, feeling the smaller's trembles were calming down.

Belbet would be okay. He would take care of him.

Guys would be fine... Vallewida and Shion would look out for him.

Things would get better...

"Come on... we better get inside..."

Evan listened to him carefully.

A body in a cemetary...

Everything stinks... even a human...

Make a hole in my guts, Darling...

The journalist carefully picked Belbet up, and carried him inside.

"Bel... does this have to do with what happened to Jake...?"
