Live action Zelda Netflix series

Yup, you read the title right. For some reason I feel like the production on this could end before it ever gets released.

Though if it does I'm not expecting the most awesome of Live Action adaptations.

Comingsoon.net has always been a pretty creditable source for information, and I follow them just for little tidbits of info like this dropping on my news feed.

I'm hoping at the very least they make some really good picks for the main cast, and have a hefty amount of cash dumped in for the special effects, and the fighting choreography. I'd prefer it if Link never spoke a word either, but I imagine they can only go so far in a web/tv series where the main character has no dialogue.

Their last attempt of a tv show did't go very well at all:

My hopes are not very high, but if they pull it off, then I won't be complaining!

Didn't go well? LOL, as a kid that show made me laugh every time. I don't know about you, but I loved that show over the weirdness of the Super Mario Show.

I'm watching the first episode now, and it still makes me giggle.

I guess the humor wasn't meant for all, but whatever. A lot of shows were quirky in the 90's.

I came up with some suggestions for this series and how it should be pulled off here:

I think it's pretty accurate.  Focus on practical effects wherever possible, add new stories, characters and ideas to flesh out the land of Hyrule and keep it an alternate timeline as a way of avoiding canon issues and including the best moments of the series (timeline be damned).
