  1. Ugh, where to begin? 1. Cut on my forehead when I fell backwards off a chair (Seriously, how did this happen? I hit the back of my head, not the front >.>) 2. Broke my pinkie, never put a cast on it. I'm just glad it healed correctly 3. Shocked myself with 120v, accidentally stabbed myself with glass of a light bulb 4. First concussion: fell backwards and hit the back of my head on the bus ride home 5. Second concussion: While in practice for football, I had some head-to-head contact with a teammate. 6. Third concussion: I tackled someone in a football game, then someone bumped into my head 7. Dislocated my shoulder: some teammate in football practice was jealous and decided to eliminate his competition. Ended football for me for the rest of highschool 8. Broke my foot while lifting weights 9. Sprained my back on a trampoline. That was NOT a fun few weeks 10. Friend accidentally stabbed me in chemistry class with broken glass from a test tube. Caught the flu later waiting in the emergency room 11. Fourth concussion: Fainted in gym class after running 100 something laps around >.>
  2. If the X-Sux One fails like Microsoft's Zune, perhaps there's a possibility that Rare can branch away and make games for Nintendo? Or do I just have too wishful thinking? D:
  3. Locked. When all sides have calmed down I will consider reopening unless another staff member reopens it. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
  4. Fairly certain that as soon as you submit a score, you're part of the contenders list.
  5. I don't really subscribe to people, soz </3
  6. Xdan, you get a bonus of 20000 if you start the game on medium D:
  7. I'm sorry, but the title of "prophet" belongs to me. Just ask anyone in the administration crew
  8. Take it from a guy who owns all of the consoles, yet has never even (literally) touched his PS3 because he prefers this 360 and Wii. I am ready to fully commit myself to the WiiU and PS4. The PS4 is basically the Xbox One without all the fucking bullshit. The NFL deal (as much as I love football, Roger Goodell cares about nothing more than lining his pocket with money) is probably just going to cost more money n top of the console. And I'm sorry, but I don't think there are any exclusives to XBox that I honestly care about. Halo, maybe? They also get released on PC after some time, so I can wait for Halo 5. I'm sorry, but the XBox is nothing more than a home entertainment system akin to that of the Apple TV (which I own and adore) with a disc drive that can play Blu Ray (got one already). It also just so happens to play video games as well. I'm not spending 400+ on a thing that I already literally own. Not to mention, if you get an Apple TV and a Blu Ray player, I can almost guarantee it will be loads cheaper than the XBox Done.
  9. Maps with cutscenes are a little tricky; they require a little more work. Do I know how to? No. The next best thing to avoid the problem is to find a map that has the same amount of exits.
  10. A lot of it is actually quite personal for all parties involved. I'll just say it's not as cut and dry as it may appear to be.
  11. That's too dangerous? What if you encounter a hardcore feminist and get slapped in the face for holding the door for her? I'm going to talk to Mellow.
  12. That's too dangerous! What if ancient Japanese demons start coming out of your TV? I'ma do nothing dangerous.
  13. Well it looks like I'm getting a PS3 for the sole purpose of Madden, because there is no way I'm buying an XBox nor will I allow my family to. I'd be all set if I could play Madden on my Wii U, but EA is too cool for Nintendo. (And god please no puns with my name </3)
  14. That's too dangerous! What if you forget a number and break the number line?! I'm going to watch ALF.
  15. That's too dangerous, because uh... Well... Common sense! You'll burst! I'm going to play football.
  16. From Copyright.gov As for the issue, I don't really see a problem. Some people (including myself) watch LPs so that they don't have to buy a game if they cannot afford it. It's only fair for the consumer at the end of it all pay a price to the people who made the original work. Not to mention, Nintendo isn't really being greedy. They're trying to keep in business, and I think this is a fair tradeoff.
  17. There's two sides to every coin: something that can be applied to just about every situation. For example, let's take your jobs example. While yes, average businesses sales will decrease and us reduce the need for employees, think about what the computer industry for jobs at the same time. The computer field is growing very fast, maybe even comparable to the medical industry. By 2020, we're actually going to be down 150000 computer programmers. Just remember: while some cashier may not have a job anymore, that computer program took multiple people to make a program, and likely still have to fix bugs that occur. Not to mention, there needs to be someone who makes sure someone isn't cheating the self checkout by not scanning products, or there to help with an issue. So one job might be gone, but only after multiple jobs have been filled. Of course there are cons, but the great thing about the computer industry is that we can fix these cons. As for your phone argument, that isn't entirely true everywhere. My school runs a semi-annual recycle phones week, and each time we get over 1200 phones. For the record, that is equal to 1.5 phones per student in my school. And after that, the football team goes around collecting working phones and donates them to soldiers in Afghanistan. I myself make sure I recycle everything I can, due to working at a nature center. I'm not saying its like this everywhere, but in my area we're very good about our electronics.
  18. I'm mostly a baker. Developed my own recipes for cookies and brownies after my aunt taught me when I was a bit younger. However, there is one delight that I developed with chicken. What you need is puff pastry shells, chicken, mashed potato, and a vegetable of your choosing (I prefer broccoli, I love mah broccoli). Bake the puff pastry in the oven for however long it takes, a light coating of butter is suggested but not required. Next, prepare the mashed potatoes. Not much to say here. Now, for your chicken, use a combination of butter, garlic and onion and saute the chicken (diced) in it. Prepare your vegetable next. Now for serving... Take the covers off the pastry shells. Fill the bottom with a little bit of chicken. Next, put the mash potatoes on top of it. Put the vegetable on the side or on top of the mash potatoes. Next, use the remaining chicken and put it on top of the potatoes. Then done. Delicious <3
  19. I saw Forrest Gump for the first time ever. I freakin' loved it. Therefore, I am now Gump for a little bit.
  20. All I can see for your mod Medo is the little boy in the graveyard yelling 'DA FUCK YOU LOOKING AT?!'
  21. Seriously guys, Medo is right. Just drop The GCN's Ura, and focus on the topic on hand here. These two things are totally different, and I will not let anymore people post offtopic. Consider this your only warning.

    Missing d3dx9_34.dll

I know I had to reinstall Directx after I cleared my hard drive once. It may or may not.
