I Are Cat
Ib had been trying to peek over Garrys shoulder to look at the book too but he seemed to be purposefully keeping it from her sight. Hearing the click of the unlocked door Ib was confused. "How could reading a coloring book unlock a door?" She asked wishing she'd gotten to read the coloring book as well. But as soon as Garry had set it down it vanished. She wanted to pout the way that most children do but Garry was already pulling her through the door. Mellow
Garry closed the door behind them before turning around, looking around the room. The room was an dark grey color, with depressing imagery strewn about. To either side there were large, shadowy hands erected from the floor, uncannily similar to the ones that had tormented him before. However, these hands were adorned with plaque. He approached the hand to his left, just beneath the depressing painting of a bride. "Sorrowful Bride's Left Hand," Garry read from the plaque. "Uhm..." Garry dragged on, unsure of what exactly was to be done, before he noticed a hallway in the front of the room. "Ah!" He exclaimed, making his way to it. At the end of the hallway, there was a large room of the same depressing grey color, with several other rooms held inside of it. There was a corridor to his left, and he decided he would go down that way first. However, when he stepped in, he found his foot resting on an eyeball of considerable size, its socket part of the very floor. "Uhm... This is interesting," he said, quickly removing his foot from the eye.
Tell-Tale Heart
A girl with long blonde hair and a lovely green dress danced around one of the hallways. She held onto a yellow rose gently. She spun around, looking at the many works of art surrounding her with a smile. Her deep blue eyes were filled with life. “Someone came, someone finally came!†She smelled her rose a bit before continuing on. “Will I be able to leave…?†she whispered to herself, suddenly losing her cheerful expression. She quickly regained it with a sweet, yet odd, giggle.
I Are Cat
Ib squealed and jerked backwards from the disgusting eyeballs protruding from the floor. Her own foot crashed into one. "Garry!" She shrieked. She was trying to climb up him like most children do when children are frightened by something on the floor. In this case it was eyeballs. She tried to rush on ahead of the eyeballs but Garry seemed intent on going at the speed of a snail.
Mellow
Garry moved along the corridor, avoiding the eyeballs that had conveniently been placed on the floor as best he could. He seemed mostly unfazed by the eyeballs for the most part. He and Ib had made it to the end of the hallway with relative ease. Garry began to speak, but stopped before he could form words. He noticed the blood haired girl dancing around, and he spoke up. "Uhm... hello?" He said, addressing the woman. "Are you... another person from the gallery?" He asked, looking her up and down. He wore a very... unsure face when he examined her.
Tell-Tale Heart
The girl gasped slightly when she heard someone call out to her. She stopped dancing and giggling, and suddenly became very solemn. When the man asked her if she was from the gallery, she was only able to open her mouth slightly and give a small noise in confirmation.
I Are Cat
Ib felt wary of the girl. She shrunk behing Garry like most children do when theres strangers. "Uh, Hi." She said peeking at the girl. She seemed madder than Garry had first seemed. Maybe it was just the oddity of finding other people in sich a terrifying place. She looked at the girls rose. It was a pretty yellow color. Mellow
Garry grumbled to himself inaudibly. "I see..." His voice dragged on. "You could come with us. We've been looking for some way out of here for... a while now, I must say. What is your name?" He asked, seeming genuinely curious.
Tell-Tale Heart
The girl thought for a while quietly. She had a sad look on her face. “…..Mary,†she replied after a pause. Her deep blue eyes flecked with different shades. Nothing too noticeable, but there was something slightly… fake about her.
I Are Cat
Ib smiled. She'd always liked the name Mary. "Im Ib. And hes Garry." She said introducing the two of them to Mary. The blonde girl had a strange palor to her face. She was a strange peachy white color.
Mellow
Garry nodded, seeming a bit... confused by the girl. "Yes... Garry. Nice to meet you, Mary," he said, smiling lightly. He was hung up on her eyes... there was just something... wrong about them, and he couldn't place his finger on it. "We should get going, Ib. Do you want to join us, Mary?" He asked politely of her. Tell-Tale Heart
Mary grinned at Gary’s offer. “Yes, I was looking for others!†She then frowned again. “I wanted to get out…†she muttered, looking away. Her green dress was vibrant compared to the dark surroundings, almost as if it gave off a very small bit of its own light.
I Are Cat
Ib looked at her. "Your dress is pretty." She said gripping Garrys hand. Really the dress looked completely wrong. It looked older. Like it was from an earlier time. Maybe she was over thinking it. There was a banging coming from down the hall. That usually meant danger. Mellow
Garry turned his head, looking for the source of the noise. "I think we should be going now," he said, moving forward and gently tugging Ib along. He looked to Mary as he moved. "Mary?"
Tell-Tale Heart
Mary grinned again. “I’m Mary!†she exclaimed as she quickly ran to Garry’s side. She didn’t seem bothered by the noise one bit.
I Are Cat
Ib was confused. Mary sure did say her own name an awful lot. Ib looked at her from Garrys other side. Yes she was weird indeed. She allowed Garry to drag her along. She was getting tired. Being a kid she needed sleep.
