  1. So we're pretty much all brown haired, blue eyed geeks?

Just like XDaniel, CENdamos, cooliscool, and Dark_Link-77.

    Just like me?

    I can live with that.

46 Chromosome for the win.  XY for me please.

Honda Vtech + turbo + twin intercooler = Bad MPG.

Oh well, at least I have my fun.   :)

I'm gonna grow my hair out this time, at least until next summer.  Fun!   :D

My copy of Star Wars for famicom just keeps losing value.   :(

Even with the included nintendo honey bee adapter.

Sux 2B me.  No glasses yet, but you never know.  Time sucks.  Returns to building a super high out put Hydrogen-Oxygen-Oxygen genertaor.  I'll burn the valves if I'm not more careful this time.

Starts on petro, and then you hook up the DC and the fun starts.

  2. The shift IS the calculation, and your solution isn't exactly a clean one. Sanity has nothing to do with it, it's a simple matter of how the data is displayed, you're nitpicking something that's not exactly an easy thing to have a good blanket solution for, how exactly do you expect him to handle something like that when

I agree, but I'm referring to the texture errors present in the final release of Sharp Ocarina.

I demostarted the problem and solution, but no ever enacted it.

I would rather be able to edit the binary as an option myself... I'm nerdy/geeky enough to know what to do. There are different actors that use different masks, and frankly I think I'd rather have binary mask editing as an optional feature.

I'm sure xDan will think of something for the other part.

I also concure.  Even if you do ignore my posts.

Airikita: Because the filename table maps one-to-one to the DMA table, I have to use the latter to determine filenames, so if you've not modified that, you won't get the proper name displayed for your file. Also, any particular reason why you're still using Beta 2? That's extremely out of date... I really shouldn't even take bug reports for builds this old (even though this particular behavior hasn't changed since)

mzxrules: Is automatically detecting the shift count reliable under all circumstances (i.e. any potential mask value, etc)? If so, I could do it this way, instead of adding a MaskShift attribute or somesuch. Btw, you've seen my previous post, ex. about the Usage attribute? I'll get to more feedback to your, uh, feedback about the system later.

That is no excuse, I still have a working hardware compatible copy of the Debug ROM that proves if you're patient enough the error(s) can be repaired automaticly.

  3. I tend to stick to rare anime.  Rumiko Takahashi has good stuff, like Maison Ikkoku, Ranma ½, InuYasha, and Lum Invader.  They are on par with Gainax Company, Limited.  You know their stuff like Evangelion, and FLCL(fooly cooly).

I've got VHS copies of Mermaid's Scar, and Mermaid's Forest.

    Old and high quality stuff.

Mermaid's Scar is Dubbed, and Mermaid's Forest is Subbed.

As far as anime goes though XDaniel is right on my level.

  4. Zelda's Birthday 2 is one step closer to reality now.

My version of Roc's Feather 2(jump), Shiek's Magic's, Invisible Link, Exploding Arrows, and Death Mount Trail 2.

All new icons, new spells, new arrows, new cutscenes, and many suprise features!

    New Ocarina Songs(hard coded).

It's no replacement for the URA project, but I hope I'll still get enough help to complete it.

6 new dungeons, new music, some new actors, ect.

3 new bosses, 3 old bosses.

    Need help.

    Many thanks!!!

  5. And as a side note 'Stairs to Ganon' was orginally 'Hyrule Castle' early in production.  I can prove it from youtube vids.

There is also the whole Twilight Princess(triforce piece? file)/Temple of Time temporal problem to be worked with.

    Ocarina Pedistal...

Then there's Nabaroo, Spirit Temple missing cutscene, Light Temple, and that damn owl in the desert in his final cut scene.

Jabu Jabu has an ending cutscene that ruins contitunity with MM.

And the 6 of everything theories.

Medallion errors, the extra actors in the CoS.  Epona's saddle as child link error.  The brown horse.

The damage tables, and 3 offense magics,  3 defense magics/6 arrows.

So much modding, so little time.   :(

P.S. I might start Zelda's Birthday 2 back up if I feel up to it.

Water temple still gives me nightmares, and I want Dark Link(upgraded) as the final boss.

    P.P.S.

Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Movie (Adolescence Apocalypse) is also giving me nightmares.

  6. I posted, and posted, and posted, and spell check ruined my link(s) every time.

I give up, fix the @!#$ing spell check so I can post my link(s), or quit asking me for help!

So yeah, maybe I am an @$$hole.

P.S. Can anyone see my pic in my DVD post?  I worked hard on that!

  7. Your camera data is incorrect right off the bat.  Cut scene data contains both x,y,z data and camera angle data.

Also some of your exit data seems in correct too.

  8. I made a tool for that, some time ago.  I'm willing to explain anything I can still remember about it.

The tool does break down some of the actors, and I have more listed away somewhere.  It's kinda rough, but still it's better than nothing.

  9. Have you seen The Internship? It's hilarious, if not I'd definitely consider watching it (by whatever means seen fit, ya know since you're snowed in)

    I'll consider that thanks.

    I've already watched

    Petit Eva: Evangelion@School (ã·ã¡ãˆã‚”ã〜EVANGELION@SCHOOL〜 Puchi Eva ~Evangerion Atto SukÅ«ru~

On youtube, in subbed form if that gives you an idea my sense of humour.

I'm just hoping no one figures out the joke in the image I posted.  I don't really want banned, I mean, what would I do all day then?

P.S. House was very good.  A fine piece of work that show cases SFX of the mid 80's horror comedy genre.  GG all around!  You can draw some comparisons with the original 'Spatter house' trilogy, and 'Evil Dead 2'.  Not as good as either, but a fun film none the less.

  10. Let me say that I'm "jealous" of some hacker's talents, yet I have to remind myself that it's a good thing to have people specialized in other aspects. But I mean jealousy in a good way, pushes me to do more. I'm pushing myself to be more hands-on lately (hence the N64 console custom modding I'm doing, might move up to a handheld N64 mod).

I'm yearning to make a discovery, and I have a phobia of touching hardware (like circuit boards and chips) I need to break past. My soldering project will be good practice, and if it works I'll keep that for a future handheld mod.

I have real life things I need to do, and break past my shell. I envy so many great minds and scientists, and have had things I wanted to do as a younger girl. When I was in elementary school, I already had an idea, but because of life's problems, I walled myself off in my room, and turned to hacking as a way to test my potential. Modding anything right now is good to see if I can truly analyze and test some real piece of science.

I envy everyone's different talents on this community. Sometimes I wish I could do them all, and I've come to a complex crossing because of my ideas conflicting with my hobbies. I use my theory skills to aid people where I can. Hands-on tasks, I'm a pansy because I have to analyze things before taking the next step, so you won't see me making tools until I know what that particular thing is for by testing it myself.

The day will come, when the time is right, and the tools are there and we will have the talent and time to make a single MEGA mod for all to enjoy.  I'm talking dozens of modders putting all in on a single organized project where everyone is credited for their work.  Until that day comes, personally, I'll contiunue to stay alive waiting and lurking in the cold, dark, dankest corners of the-gcn.

  11. I'm snowed in so I'm watching DVD's!

    House(1986)

    Akira

    End of Evangelion

    El Topo

Revolutionary Girl Utena : The Movie

    2001: A Space Odyssey

    Mulholland drive

    12 Monkeys

    Limitless

    Terminator

    Altered States

    Serial Experiments Lain

    Videodrome

    Paranoia Agent

    Being John Malkovich
    Excel Saga

I can't get a copy of "Vanilla Sky" so I guess I'll just have to settle for "Liquid Sky" x2.

After my brain melts, I'm going to pour it into a mold and let it set firm, and see if I can't come back and make some mods for the game again.

Oh yeah, and am I the only one confussed by 'Wreck-it Ralph'?

    Happy Hacking, replies welcome.

Then there's Transformers 4,  Metallica: Death Magnetic, and the Black Sabbath 13.

My MP3 collection has gotten out of control, and that's not counting new anime nor .MKV files.

    I swear I can't win in 2014 without help.

    Bye

    JSA

    P.S.

Listens to "Komm, süsser Tod" on loop while waiting for Evangelion 4.0 on Bluray.

  12. I approve!  GG!!

    EDIT 03/11/2014

It should be noted that textures which are 64x64 are limited to 16 colors. It is also possible to use textures that are 128 x 128 by using an eight color gray-scale palette. The gray textures can be tinted using SharpOcarina.

Is what I was saying Good Game to.  Not the first post.

  13. Yeah, but do you think there would be a difference in performance compressed? Perhaps it's a silly question, since that the problem for my mod (and everyone else's who converted models) is graphical.

I don't think it would cause a noticeable drop in performance.  After all, the retail versions are compressed, and we can't a difference in performance between those and the Debug ROM right?
