  1. So you haven't completed anything for it yet? Like I'm not one to prod, but shouldn't first posts have some sort of information for the new game? Otherwise, what's the point in making the thread?
  2. I've been following this quest here and on Zelda64. Amazing work, everyone!
  3. This is SO amazing, man. I would love to be a beta tester, if you'd like! I'd lvoe to try my Wii U pro controller on my laptop too, this'd give me the perfect chance to.
  4. The new shields look wonderful!! My favorite is the Hylian, since I've always been a sucker for SS.
  5. This looks wonderful! I have a question though. Why is Link's hat transparent?
  6. Lana Del Rey's new album, Ultraviolence. It's so amazing. <3
  7. Out of pure curiosity, is any of the mod playable?
  8. It's hard to find anything positive to say, really. This is just a really poorly executed Ocarina of Time ROM edit. And how does it have anything to do with Majora's Mask?
  9. It looks alright, I guess. Kind of empty and featureless to be honest.
  10. Thank you, XDaniel. But I'm not sure how all of that applies to OoT. I'm not sure what to do now.
  11. I already KNOW that. Please, I'm not a fool. I just want know why GS stretched everything in weird ways and I want to know if there's a fix for it.
  12. So I made a map in Google sketchup. I pulled the textures to my fitting to fit the walls and such. However, when I tried to import the textures into SharpOcarina, it told me almost every texture was an odd number, and it wouldn't load them. Does anyone have an idea why this happened? Does this mean I have to retexture the entire map?
  13. Something I noticed about you maps is that you only use perfectly repeating textures (Nothing like the walls in OoT's Hyrule Field). That's a very smart idea, great job. I need to try that.
  14. It's all solid. But I also hear it's a problem with HT that's not a problem in SharpOcarina.
  15. Alright, I finally fixed that problem. But I'm still having so many problems with collision. I triangle everything, connect every ending line and STILL Hylian Toolbox tells me a lot of spots are not solid. I don't understand what's wrong, or what I'm missing...
  16. Wow, SharpOcarina is more confusing than I thought. I don't even know where to start.
  17. I'm having trouble importing my maps for OoT into the game. It's the right size, everything is fine until I try to load the area in the game. Can anyone help me? I'm trying to find help on Maco, but it's fruitless so far. Also, I use Hylian Toolbox. Is there anything more...modern I can use? This feels primitive.
  18. Your maps are astounding! I was most attracted to your town. It's so new and fresh! They give me motivation to do even better on my game. I cant wait to see the improved ones as well.
  19. Thanks a bunch, everyone! I wish there were more guides on how to mod Ocarina of Time. Not enough on this site, YouTube, Maco, anywhere! I can't texture everything correctly in my maps...
  20. Hey all! If you've noticed, I just joined The Gamer's Collective Network. I've been around for a couple of days as well. I was first introduced to Ocarina of Time modding by Flotonic, many years back on YouTube. (My name on YouTube now/Maco is JabuJabule.) He helped me get programs, understand how to use them and such. Then I went along and edited swords, shields and other things. I was very limited at the time; I was still a feeble-minded 14-ish year-old. Years later, Flotonic comes to me with an invitation to join Maco, an online Zelda fan-game community. There, I learned the bare basics of building my own levels, even if they terrible off. Then I learned of PureZC, a website dedicated to Zelda Classic. I am still part of that scene; I have a love for it that will never die. I've created a few games, albeit unfinished. If you would like to see my stuff over there, my username is Jared. Now, I am officially back to the modding scene. My friend Xenix told me about it, and we both suddenly decided to start on an Ocarina of Time ROM hack. So that takes up some of my time nowadays, and so far it's going great. Combined with a great pal, I feel we can make a game that both of us love and enjoy, and of course you guys afterwards. So background stuff is checked off....my name is Jared! I enjoy Zelda, Animal Crossing, basically anything Nintendo. I hope to be a wonderful part of this community, and I hope to contribute some great things!!
