  1. Speaking of, I still need to finish some music projects for you. I was going to make a better boss theme. Something that sounds a bit more epic. The last one I made has the wrong feel in my opinion due to the fact that I wasn't picturing a boss fight when I made it.
  2. Alright, I have it saved. Oh and when I said I was splitting the intro, that was because you can loop it if I do that. Literally all that needs to be looped is the wind at the beginning. When I import music, I split the intro off from the looping part of the song so I can organize it better upon loading it into InstEd. Then I just combine the control files and viola, looped music that sounds the way I want it. Also, if there are any instruments you want me to swap out for or if you want the tempo faster, let me know. It is your game, after all.
  3. Thanks for the compliments! Yeah, I was thinking about the speed and intensity while I was composing this. I tried slowing this down a bit, but some of the things I wanted to do just didn't sound as full when it was slowed down. Oh and about my music experience, I'm actually a musician. I play a variety of instruments by ear. (Including guitar) What you are hearing is just me plugging in what pops into my head and then adding parts to layer it a bit so it sounds complete. I get loads of requests on PureZC to compose music. So this was pretty much another day at the office, so to speak. Yeah, it does sound like a boss battle. The reason it sounds like it does is because I was picturing in my head climbing up into the heavens to come upon an impenetrable fortress loaded with tough enemies and loads of traps to snare trespassers. If you still want this song, it would take me (literally) a minute to split the intro from the rest of the song and get it InstEd ready. Here's the complete version: http://www.mediafire.com/listen/z9z0v8bw3b7yhta/Sky+Temple+Full+Demo.wav
  4. Sorry for the double post, but I just wanted to show the intro to make sure it sounds okay with you, sairugoth, before I go any further. It's just a little 26 second demo I cooked up in about half an hour. I hope you like what I have so far. http://www.mediafire.com/listen/5nf65hr19f97g52/Sky+Temple+Intro+Demo.wav
  5. I might give this a shot. I haven't really contributed to this site as much as I would like, so I'll give you a helping hand. If I come up with anything good, I'll post it here.
  6. Just wanted to drop by and say a few things. First of all, THANK YOU for reminding me to finish my version of the same song. xD It's been incomplete for about a month and seeing this wonderful rendition made me want to complete it. If you want to hear how it sounds, check it out here: http://www.mediafire.com/listen/o21dmvre7zz5gar/OoT+Death+Mountain.mp3 (Also, yes, I do custom work and collaborative work as well.) Also, I am LOVING how this game is looking. Keep it up guys! I can't wait to see what the finished product looks like. If there is any way I can help, let me know.
  7. If you need the sound effects and want to save time, you should check this site out. I use it a lot when I am working in Zelda Classic. http://noproblo.dayjo.org/ZeldaSounds/ Looking good so far.
  8. Quick question. Isn't GCM and ISO the same thing? I've been told on many rom dumping sites that they are literally the same exact thing. Not to mention ALL of my dumps are GCM and I rename them to ISO and my Wii reads them as if they were ISO files. (loaders don't look for gcm format files) Excuse my lack of knowledge, I haven't put much time into looking at the differences between the formats.
  9. Yeah, when I first posted in this topic, I stated I had the files extracted. I used GC Rebuilder. It's flawless.
  10. I would love this as a patch. Those are some sexy skyboxes man.
  11. Hello, I was wanting to know if there is any way I can be of some help? I'd be willing to learn and dedicate tons of my time to tearing apart this game. I would just need to know what tools I would need and such. I have already dumped the files from the inside of the Gamecube disc and I have been lurking around here for quite some time. Not to mention I have a PC capable of running Dolphin and a softmodded Wii that I can load stuff onto for testing. If any of you would be willing to teach me what I would need to know in order to be of assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
  12. If someone wants to dump it if they get their hands on it, I won't fuss. It could be a while until I get the money. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  13. I fell on rollerblades going at high speeds and destroyed the skin on my kneecap. You could see the muscle. I thought it was pretty cool looking when I realized what had happened. lol Anyways, I didn't get any stitches and I just let it heal naturally. Needless to say I have a big, circular scar. Got the bridge of my nose sliced open by a boomerang my friend threw. The wind picked up and it curved and hit me. Stabbed a knife straight into my left leg while slicing flying insects in mid-air. And before someone asks, yes, I did hit them. And yes, I do think that was incredibly stupid. Had a little girl run into me and ram her tooth into my forehead when I was in 3rd grade. Fell out of a tree. No major injuries due to the way I landed. Stepped right on a rusty nail while I was helping my aunt move some old fencing. Went straight through my foot and I had to pull it out. Stepped on a 1-inch piece of glass. Went deep into my big toe. Needless to say I'm glad I have a high pain tolerance or I would have been crying a lot on some of these injuries.
  14. Okay guys, let's not get our feathers all roughed up please. I appreciate your offer, Antidote, and I will keep it in mind just in case, but I will have to humbly decline for now. It's not that I don't trust you, it's just that I already planned on getting tools of my own eventually. I prefer to do things myself. It makes the experience more rewarding.
