Morenatsu Revisited is a remake of the original Morenatsu visual novel. Hiroyuki Nishimura, a 17-year old human boy living in Osaka, receives a letter from his old friend, inviting him to spend his summer vacation in his old hometown of Minasato. Accepting the invitation, Hiroyuki travels to the country town, reuniting with his old friends, all kemono (anthropomorphic animals). During this unforgettable summer vacation, Hiroyuki will experience feelings of nostalgia, hang out with his friends, and if lucky, may even fall in love. The AEC are incompetent fucking dipshits. Twice, I've updated my address details, and both times, they confirmed the wrong fucking address. The first time, I thought maybe I made a mistake, but as it turns out, when I corrected it, they used the same, incorrect address.
Ugh. What fucking cucks that fucking suck the big buck covered in muck. -
So, the job is going pretty well, and I'm enjoying it. A tiny snag though: My laptop decided that now was a good a time as any to die. So, I'm typing this on my tablet. However, this means that I can't take care of the technical stuff, my projects are on hold for an uncertain amount of time, etc. So, until I can get it all sorted, gonna have to leave Zeth, Gump, and Arcaith in charge a tad longer.

Just a quick update: I've managed to get a job, so hopefully it should make things easier for me. To say that I'm relieved and overjoyed to be part of the workforce once again would be the understatement of the decade. I'll keep you guys apprised of my situation as events unfold. Fingers crossed, though, that everything starts going well for me.

Community UpdatedThe GCN community forums have undergone an update! We have upgraded to IP. Board 4.2, which is a hell of a lot more stable than 4.0/4.1. Zeth, Gump and I tried out a private demo to see if we all liked the way it worked (since I didn't want a repeat of last time). We unanimously decided that it was time for an upgrade, and I went forth from there. This skin/theme has a feature which allows you to select from one of six different backgrounds, all pertaining to video games, which also slightly affects the colour scheme of the forums. Additionally, there are other features available, and I have worked tirelessly on making sure things work properly. Unfortunately, a few features we used to have are no longer available, but it's a small sacrifice. In conjunction, the main website itself will be undergoing heavy maintenance until I can make it resemble the forums, and I have some decent content to put on it. xD

I added some blocks to the portal, providing the last 10 topics pulled from the News category. I will be happy to take suggestions for additional content people would like to see on the portal, and if possible, I will attempt to implement it. If this is unsatisfactory, I can simply change the default page to load the forum index, as opposed to the portal.

The portal has actually been like that for a while, due to me not knowing what to fill the page with. >.> I can easily change it so that the forum is the default page.

Since posting that message, I lived in a homeless shelter for about two months, before moving into a boarding house. Circumstances are still shit, and I have to rely on mobile data for internet. Money has also become extremely tight, and there have been days where I've gone without eating, just so I can have enough food to last until my next welfare pay. Even then, $500 a fortnight, minus approximately $350 to pay for rent at the boarding house, as well as other bills doesn't leave me with much money to last two weeks. To make things even worse, every single job I have applied for in the past year has turned me down, which hasn't helped my depression. I'm trying to take life one day at a time, though it is becoming increasingly more difficult. With how desperate times are getting, I'll probably be forced to get rid of this community as well, since it costs me US$14.95 a month for hosting, plus US$15 a year for the domain name, and it really is money I can't afford. Unless something works out soon, I won't be able to do much of anything I hold dear anymore.

I just wanted to state that I will likely not be around very often for an as yet unknown amount of time. I suppose I should explain my current situation. On Sunday, April 16 (AEST), I was the victim of domestic violence. Two days later, I received a message from my mother (yeah, I lived with my mother, brother and sister) who told me that it would be for the best if I could find alternative accommodation. At this time, I am by all definitions, homeless. I'm attempting to sort out housing via the state government's public housing program, and for now, am couch surfing at a friend's house, but this arrangement is only temporary. I have no idea when everything will be sorted out, or what the future even holds, which is working wonders on my mental state. Ever since the assault, I've been having trouble sleeping due to night terrors, and my mood has been all over the place. I will do what I can in the community, and will be around whenever I can, but until I can get my shit sorted out, my activity will likely be erratic.

Oh, don't misunderstand, while this community is meant to be focusing on all video games, it is obvious that the main focus here is Zelda, considering it's the home of Zelda projects like Ura, and so on. So yeah, we can unofficially call us a Zelda community. Either way, it'll be nice having more people around. -

Hey, nice of you to join us here. A common misconception first of all is that we are a Zelda community. We do have a massive amount of people who are here because of the various Zelda projects and research that have been going on over the years, but this place is more about all video games, not just about Zelda. That being said though, I do hope you enjoy it here. I'm always happy to welcome people into the community.
