Review

Visuals: The graphics on this game are amazing, hands down. On the PC, they are even more detailed than the XBox 360 version(naturally). Although, expect amazing performance and graphics if you have a decent enough rig to play it, which should not be that hard for this game. To get into detail of the graphics, I would like to point out that they did a fine job of detailing the environments. It all looks great, right down to the shine on the water, or the stone on dungeon walls, and of course your heroes appearance. And Lion Head did a nice job of keeping a consistent style all the way through. Although, the graphics do have trouble loading up quickly and properly a majority of the time, and there are some noticeable glitches, which can impact performance and/or your experience with the game.

Story: The story while not the best according to others, was great for me. Other reviewers say it is "impossible" to build an emotional attachment with the characters, but that is not the case for me, and other players I am sure. The ending was amazing, yet sad. And the moral choices in the game actually are very impacting, unlike other reviewers said. Great story in my book, albeit short. Still great, though.

Gameplay: The game has some very good elements to it, like all previous Fable games. Buy a house, rent it out. Interact with people, gain friends or enemies depending on how you interact with people. get married. Do some side jobs like black smithing, pie making, and playing a lute for your loyal fans. Go on a blood soaked rampage, and much more! The combat, as well, is pretty fun. You get to use a melee weapon, a gun, or if you prefer, magic. Speaking of mixing, and magic. You can mix up to two magic spells together, to make devastating combinations in combat. A nice touch, indeed. Mix them together, and you get some great combat. And an improvement from the last game, is they added in finishing kills which let you dispatch of your enemies in a cinematic fashion. Not only all of that, they eliminated menu systems from the game, making selecting things more streamlined. While most hate it, I love it. Too much to go into detail about here.

Music: The music in this game is beautiful, and fits the mood perfectly. From peaceful forest tunes, to epic battle themes, it sounds amazing! I have absolutely no complaints here.

Overall

Overall, I think this is a really great entry in the franchise, and worth buying, or at the VERY least renting. The reason I gave it as low as a score I did, is because of the glitches and short story. Still and amazing game nonetheless.
