I have never done ant OoT hacking what so ever.

I know this is a longshot, but i might as well ask. Is there a way to get rid of all the data on a N64 cart or gamecube disk, and Upload a ROM file to it, so I could play a ROM on a system?

Hey, guys. I am very new to this. Im just wondering where to start OoT hacking. Like, What programs do I need (If any) and what i need to know before i start.
